Nature has much to teach us, and taking a look at the adaptations of the animals that live in the woods around us provide some amazing insights into how the natural world works. Join us for up close, and personal experiences, starring Peter Harris- science project coordinator, accompanied by Ruby the Red-tailed Hawk and Hunter the Great Horned Owl, education animals from Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center, as we find out first hand what it’s like to have an owl for a teacher! Activities and demonstrations will teach us about specific wildlife adaptations, and what we as individuals can do to help our native north woods wildlife.

Donations appreciated.

PLUS WE ARE HAVING 2 RAFFLES FOR BASKETS OF LOCAL WINE AND SUGARLOAF ITEMS.
